Etna Cantora

Etna Cantora is new vocal talent on the Washington DC metropolitan area music scene.

As a Brazilian, Etna carries the rhythms of her country. Singing has been a passion for her since childhood, and only a few years ago she decided to turn this passion into her interpretation of living-what-you-love. 

Her current repertoire is predominantly Bossa Nova with a sprinkling of Jazz Standards,including many songs by giants of Brazilian popular music like Tom Jobim, João Gilberto and Milton Nascimento. 

She has been performing in several locations in Washington DC area.
